William El Kaim is an enterprise architect with more than twenty-five years of experience leading complex transformation initiatives across large organizations. His work focuses on continuous architecture, specification-driven enterprise architecture, semantic governance, data products, platform operating models, and AI-augmented delivery.

Throughout his career, he has led architecture functions, defined governance models, developed enterprise and IT master plans, modernized application portfolios, launched digital factories, and built broad communities of architects.

Through the EA Codex initiative (eacodex.ai), he explores how enterprise architecture can evolve from document-centered governance into a continuous, semantic, specification-driven, and executable discipline connecting intent, decisions, specifications, execution, controls, evidence, and feedback.
